Description: Principal Accountabilities • Development of new Products – Evaluation / Testing of CE / HA and IT Product Samples for new model development purpose.
• Product Quality Improvement – On the bases of Service reports, Quality Issue reports and Defect Analysis reports we recommend the Product Quality Improvements to the Supplier.
• QC Inspection of all CE / HA and IT Products – Inspecting all Shipments for the Quality before releasing them in to the market.
• Analyzing Monthly Service Reports – Providing necessary Product Quality Feedback to the Supplier for Quality Improvement.
• Defect Analysis – Analyzing failed product to find the actual cause of the failure and provide feed back to supplier for possible improvement in future.
• Technical Support to Oversees Service and UAE Service Team – Providing Technical support and solution to Service Department.
• Organizing and supervising the reworking process for Quality Improvement purpose of products failed in QC inspection.
• Technical Training – Providing Technical Training to Service staff to take care of after sales service.
• Technical support and assistance to China Team – Providing Technical support and assistance to the China team.
• Support To SCM – Providing technical support and assistance to SCM Dubai. Arranging Demo for sales and marketing staff for new developed products
• Other Activities – Preparing Product Agreements, Quality Issue Reports, Conducting Transportation Test, Conducting Marker survey,
